Hi, I’m Sharly! A Master Esthetician with over 13 years of experience in the beauty industry and 12 years specializing in eyelash extensions at Lashed. One of the greatest joys of my career has been building lasting relationships with my clients. The trust, friendships, and connections we’ve created over the years are truly the reason I love what I do.While I now work part-time, I remain passionate about helping my clients look and feel their best. Outside of work, my biggest joy is my family. I’m a proud mom to my son and currently expecting my daughter, and this season of life has been incredibly rewarding.When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me outdoors hiking, backpacking, fly fishing, camping, or staying active with a good workout. At home, I enjoy baking, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending quality time with the people I love most.I feel incredibly grateful to have a career that allows me to connect with amazing people while balancing the things that matter most in my life. Hey I am Megan! I have been lashing for a little over 4 years now! I have 2 beautiful daughters that are my entire world! I love all things lashes and skincare! Microneedling treatments are by far my favorite thing to do! When I was younger my mom sold Mary Kay products. She would put on facial parties at our home and I learned a lot from her. I knew that one day I wanted to be involved with skincare. Before I became an Esthetician I had a really dark past. I made some horrible choices and I ended up addicted to drugs. I chose to overcome my demons, and stay sober goin on 10yrs now! Once sober, I finally was able to go to esthetics school and do what I had only dreamed of for so long! When I got the job at Lashed my life changed yet again for the better! My favorite part of lashing is doing a full set and seeing the client's reaction when they love their lashes. It's the best feeling!! I absolutely love doing volume lashes! Working at Lashed I have met so many amazing people! I continue to get better at my craft. I cannot wait to see where this esthetics life takes me! Aside from lashing and skincare! You will find me either camping with my family or at home playing video games! We are a big gaming family! I also LOVE music! There isn't a day I go without listening to music!

Hi my name is Kennedy, I am from Billings Montana. I moved to Utah to get my master esthetics license since Utah is known to have the best programs. I love offering anything lashes, as that is my original passion. Once I started gaining more of an education, I quickly learned my favorite service to offer is anything brows, after I learned microblading and nanostrokes I couldn't help but fall in love. I love the difference eyebrows can make when someone comes in with little to no natural eyebrow. It is amazing how the difference can give such a huge boost of confidence to the client. I also love mapping brows and customizing them to your liking!!
A few things to know about me, I love the gym it helps relieve stress and it makes me feel amazing. I love hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, and anything outdoors. Some days I love to just sit and watch movies. Originally, I was born in Utah. I moved to Montana when I was 3 years old. I have 2 twin sisters, my mom and dad. I wouldn’t have been able to get through life without them. They have helped me through everything. Especially with beauty school. My mom and sisters would come to Utah frequently just to help me pass off my required services. I am so grateful for my family and everything they have done for me!

I'm beyond grateful for this amazing opportunity that I've been given to run our beautiful Lash & Brow Lounge, along with an incredible team. Community work is a large goal of mine, I plan on expanding our reach into our community to promote assistance, growth, and opportunity to those around us each quarter of the year.
I enjoy training and teaching our new apprentices to become the highly skilled artists they strive to be. I have been doing lashes since 2016 and love to share my knowledge to promote healthy, beautiful, and long-lasting work in the industry.
Outside of working, I love anything outdoors, arts & crafts, traveling, the gym, reading, and playing with my 6 pups (Shasta, Pepper, Trigger, Goose, Nikko, & Yuki).
